Let us say that I have entered into a mutual defense compact with my neighbor. He has agreed to defend me if he hears a ruckus at my house and I have agreed to defend him under similar conditions. Those agreements happen all the time. Neighbors look out for one another. This is the most fundamental form of a voluntary political association.
Then let us suppose that for whatever reason I choose to discontinue an association with him. Maybe he’s turned out to be an unsavory character. Maybe he’s got a torture chamber in his basement. Who knows. But whatever the reason, I am well within my rights to withdraw from that arrangement.
The freely associated compact states comprising the United States of America (distinct from the jurisdiction known as ‘United States’) are in a similar arrangement. There is nothing about that compact that is immortal. United States law recognizes that. From the Declaration of Independence:
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
If United States law recognizes that a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that causes be declared which impel parties to a separation and a dissolution of political bands, then United States law recognizes that parties may dissolve political bands. United States law thus recognizes the natural right to secession. It’s pretty clear. And further:
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.
It is a cockamamie notion that secession is illegal. The very first legal document appearing in the United States canon plainly states that dissolution of political bands is a natural right.
People may say “Oh ha ha. The Civil War demonstrated that secession is illegal.” The Civil War (more properly described as a war between two jurisdictions, the United States of America and the Confederate States of America) was a political question, not a legal one. Political questions are never settled.
I have nullified the entire federal jurisdiction. And I do not recognize its laws. Some here in my theater have been watching my interactions with that entity for an entire decade. The idiot jurisdiction has completely ruined my life. And its animals actually fabricated text messaging conversations between “me” and putative minors, wherein, presumably, “I” was soliciting sex from them. It is a matter of the legal record. And now I’ve got a fifty million dollar lawsuit pending against that piece of garbage styling itself a jurisdiction.
The biggest piece of dog shit the world has ever known, the United States “government,” ate its own bullet. Because if we conceptualize the jurisdiction as the moral person that it represents itself to be under international law; that is, if we conceptualize the jurisdiction to be an individual, a person, then we see that I am free to dissolve any bands with a man who tries to set me up. You set me up, you’re bye bye.
The jurisdiction killed itself. There is not a single lawyer in my audience who could argue that I should in any way feel morally obligated even to recognize the mere existence of a man who tries to set me up, much less should I follow his dictates. I use United States law as toilet paper.
If there is one thing that idiot jurisdiction is good at, it’s delivering on a silver platter all the justification one might possibly need, in a decent respect to the opinions of mankind, to explain that which may impel one to the separation.
Here is a bill of particulars in the unlikely event that they are not already manifestly evident:
–The entity’s animals rape, torture, and murder. None have been brought to justice.
–The entity’s animals either fly, cause to be flown, or acquiesce to the flying of, drones into the Twin Towers, thereby depositing incompatible engine hardware on Murray Street, launching various wars of aggression costing a million lives and trillions of dollars.
–The entity’s animals prosecute known color-of-law frauds in a crass attempt to increase tax revenue.
–The entity’s animals send people down the river for decades on end for stupid stuff.
–The entity’s animals permit the NSA’s knowledge of their taste for hookers, cocaine, high school gay boys, and who knows what else, to influence their votes cast in the completely corrupt legislature.
–The entity’s animals completely ignore fundamental law and seek to undermine it at every turn.
–The entity’s animals claim to be in possession of legal authority to indefinitely detain without trial, and to murder United States citizens by executive warrant.
I’m sure I’m forgetting some outrages. But by this time the “decent respect for the opinions of mankind” requirement has already been met. The Future People are probably saying “No, Chris, stop. You’re putting us off our lunch.”
When an entity is so disgusting as to elicit a response of physical sickness, then that “decent respect for the opinions of mankind” requirement has been met in spades.
I see states seceding from the national union in the next year or so. That is why elements of the dead federal jurisdiction coached Roof in the alleged commission of his crime, and why he had racist patches Photoshopped onto his jacket, and why he claimed to be a big fan of the Old South and the Confederate flag.
You will see a demonization of the notion of secession as being merely racist. You will see the dead federal jurisdiction attempt to equate secession as backwards, retrograde, anachronistic, racist, and murderous. You will see Barack Obama portray himself as the new Lincoln. Roof will be portrayed as the face of a secessionist.
As recently as two years ago I would have recommended trying to repair the federal jurisdiction. But it is clear to me that it can’t be fixed. It will have to be shut down and its employees disarmed.
You may not know it yet, but you too will eventually nullify the federal jurisdiction when it comes for you –as it did for me.
