A Note About Our Coverage Of Donald Trump’s ‘Campaign’

After watching and listening to Donald Trump since he announced his candidacy for president, we have decided we won’t report on Trump’s campaign as part of The Huffington Post’s political coverage. Instead, we will cover his campaign as part of our Entertainment section. Our reason is simple: Trump’s campaign is a sideshow. We won’t take the bait. If you are interested in what The Donald has to say, you’ll find it next to our stories on the Kardashians and The Bachelorette.

The Huffington Post isn’t actually in the news business.

What’s happening here is that George Soros has instructed the Post to cease reporting on Donald Trump. As Trump’s campaign is certainly newsworthy, the only way the Post can ignore him is to cast his campaign as entertainment news, not political news.

Donald Trump has donated plenty to Hillary Clinton over the years. Why he would run against her, I do not know. Either his job is to “throw” the election Clinton’s way or maybe he’s pulling his own double cross with righteous intentions. I can’t tell yet.

What I do know is that he has the money and the contacts and the power to get things done. That scares the daylights out of the system.

And I can find nothing racist or otherwise untoward in anything he’s said. The corporate news media routinely mischaracterize his words. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

I hope it’s a righteous double cross of the system. You can’t take your money with you, so what will your legacy be?
