Obamacare enrollees must double to make budget projections work – Washington Times

President Obama will need to more than double the number of Americans enrolled in Obamacare exchange plans to reach 21 million next year, the target set in budget projections, in what is shaping up as the next major test for the health care law.

As of June, the Department of Health and Human Services counted 9.9 million customers who have bought plans through the federal HealthCare.gov portal and a handful of state-run exchanges.

This is actually quite entertainingly irrelevant considering that, when I’m governor, the federal personal income tax will not apply within the territory of Vermont, for reasons I have already explained. And as Roberts assures us that the individual mandate is the unapportioned direct tax that it could not even theoretically be, considering that the Sixteenth Amendment conferred no new taxing authority and placed the income tax into the class of indirect taxes to which it inherently belongs, evincing Roberts’ need of credit hours at the law school of his choice where he may assiduously undertake to familiarize himself with his jurisdiction’s own legal canon, that means that Obamacare will not apply within the territory of Vermont, adding yet one more reason why it’ll be gangbusters as factories and call centers and financial services companies move their operations to Vermont.

I sure enjoy being a nonperson with federal gag orders. I can cause quite a lot of damage while not existing, can’t I, Senator?
